News from the Principal…

We are so excited to announce that Mrs. Brandifino just received her National Board Recognition! She is our Pre-Kindergarten ESE teacher of three year olds and she also serves as our School Advisory Board Chairperson. Way to go Mrs. Brandifino!

Mrs. Brandifino also just received a grant that she wrote on behalf of our entire school. The grant is entitled, “Beyond Dr. Seuss- A Take Home Reading Project”. Thank you Mrs. Brandifino for using your writing skills to secure this grant for us.

We want to thank Calvary Compassion Church, The Roundtable of St. Lucie County/Kids at Hope Initiative, Wal-Mart,  and all of the volunteers that helped provide 1237 meals for families to enjoy at Thanksgiving that also included turkeys! Approximately 5432 people were able to be fed a Thanksgiving meal with this project. $45, 769 was donated for this wonderful project.

We are proud of our Treasure Hunters! Our school recently was named a National Kids at Hope Model School.

We would also like to name our nominees for the St. Lucie County Awards which will be presented on The Night of the Stars…
