Colonial Day Festival

On November 20th, Kindergarten held a Colonial Day Festival. What an engaging event! The students participated in colonial crafts such as story bead bracelets, button whirlgig, making butter and Indian teepees.

Burrito Family Night

On November 16th, Colt families enjoyed Burrito Family Night. There were plenty of games, fun and food. The first 50 families received a $10 Winn Dixie gift card. Everyone left with food from the Treasure Coast Food Bank and one family won a turkey! We are thankful for all our students, staff and families.

Adopt A Class

Picture Day

Picture Day for all grades will be October 20th. Notices have been sent home with students.

Proofs will be sent home mid-November. All students and staff need to photographed to receive ID cards.

 

Tunnel of Hope

Amazing Race

Throughout the year teachers have been reading the book “Engaging Students with Poverty in Mind” by Eric Jensen. The focus of the book study has been to dig deeper into understanding engagement as the key factor in the academic success of students. During the last faculty meeting of the year, teachers and staff participated in the “Amazing Race” challenge.
