Welcome Back!<\/b><\/div>\n
I am truly excited to begin the 2026-2027 school year and reconnect with each of you after our summer break. It is both an honor and a privilege to continue serving as your principal at Dale Cassens Education Complex and Pride Academy.<\/div>\n
As we start this new year, we have much to celebrate. Thanks to your dedication, hard work, and unwavering belief in our students, Dale Cassens earned its first-ever Commendable School Improvement Rating<\/b>. This remarkable accomplishment is a testament to the passion, commitment, and perseverance of every member of our team. Together, we proved what is possible when we stay focused on our mission and never stop believing in our students’ potential.<\/div>\n
While we are proud of this achievement, we know our work is not finished. The success we experienced last year has created momentum, and I am excited to see what we can accomplish together in the year ahead. Every day presents an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students we serve.<\/div>\n
Thank you for all you do to support our students, families, and one another. I look forward to working alongside each of you as we continue building on our success and creating even more opportunities for growth, achievement, and positive outcomes.<\/div>\n
Here\u2019s a quick look at our programs this year:<\/div>\n

    Middle School Accelerated Paced Program (MAPP): A fast-paced, rigorous academic track for students in grades 7\u20139 working to enter high school as freshmen or sophomores by year\u2019s end.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Phoenix Academy: A traditional, supportive environment for students in grades 6\u201312 who benefit from smaller class sizes and consistent routines.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    HOPE House: Our most individualized setting with intensive academic and behavioral supports. Each student follows a personalized learning plan tailored to their needs.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    Digital Learning Academy: A virtual learning model for grades 6\u201312 using Edgenuity, ideal for self-motivated students aiming to recover credits and graduate on time or early.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n
  • \n
    P.R.I.D.E. Academy (Grades K\u20135): Located at 2202 Avenue Q in Fort Pierce, this elementary program provides a structured, nurturing environment with excellent student-to-teacher ratios.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
