The hospitality industry is one of the largest career sectors in the world and continues to grow at a rapid pace. The Hospitality and Tourism Program prepares students for employment in careers such as reservation and transportation agents, travel destination specialists, tour operators, transportation attendants, cruise ship consultants, entertainment management, lodging, and senior living management. Studies include planning, management, finance, technical and production skills, underlying principles of technology, labor issues, community issues, and health, safety, and environmental issues.
