The deans work closely with students, families, teachers, and administrators to promote positive behavior, address student concerns, reinforce school expectations, and help students make responsible choices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"360\" data-end=\"615\">The office also assists with attendance, discipline, conflict resolution, campus safety, and student support.
