Start Your Legacy Today!

Registration Information for Legacy High School – Home of the Lions.

Welcome to Legacy High School, where every student has the power to leave a legacy!

As the newest addition to St. Lucie Public Schools, we are excited to welcome families to our campus — currently located at the District Office, 9461 Brandywine Lane, Port St. Lucie, FL until construction is complete.

If your student would like to attend Legacy High School, it’s time to get registered and roar with pride! Below you’ll find everything you need to know to make the process smooth and easy.

If your student was automatically assigned to Legacy High School after middle school, there is no further action to be taken – we look forward to seeing you next school year!

Where to start.

> My Student is New to the District.

If you are a student transferring from a new district, your first step is to visit the Student Assignment office. Once you are officially registered as a student within the district and assigned to a school, you can apply to attend Legacy High School, even if you are out of zone. To do this, simply complete the registration packet. You may have to provide transportation for your student to and from school, especially if there isn’t a bus route available.

> My Student is Coming from a Private or Charter School.

If your student is currently enrolled in a private or charter school, you will follow the same process as mentioned above. Begin by registering your student with the district, and after receiving your school assignment, you may request to attend Legacy High School.

> My Student is Zoned for a Different School.

For families whose students are out of zone, you will need to download and complete the registration packet. Like the other categories, you may have to provide transportation to and from school for your student as part of this process.
