Legacy High School (LHS), opening in the 2025-2026 school year, is Saint Lucie County’s newest high school. LHS will be home to over 1,500 students in grades 9-11 in the first year before introducing our first senior class in 2026-2027. Students begin their journey on the path to graduation as members of the 9th grade, where they take core courses and a special course, Leadership Techniques, designed to help students transition from middle school to high school and help them plan their high school learning. Students will explore post-secondary opportunities through our Career Technical Programs, Advanced International Certificate of Education Program, or Dual Enrollment.
At Legacy High School, we provide meaningful and relevant learning opportunities to inspire our students to engage fully in their education. Our faculty and staff are selected based on their expertise, integrity, and most importantly, a willingness to support students. It is our sole desire to witness the success of each student. Our pledge is to make sure each student at LHS has a unique and fulfilling experience on their path to graduation.
