To support student success, we ask families to schedule appointments outside of school hours whenever possible. We understand that occasional early dismissals may be necessary and appreciate your partnership in helping us maintain a strong academic focus throughout the school day.<\/span><\/p>\n<div>\n<h4>Early Dismissal Procedures<\/h4>\n<p>To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these guidelines:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Send a written note with your student on the day an early dismissal is needed.<\/li>\n<li>Include the requested pickup time and reason for the early dismissal.<\/li>\n<li>Students should submit the note to the appropriate front office (Middle School or High School) before the start of the school day.<\/li>\n<li>The student should notify the teacher of the class they will be leaving from.<\/li>\n<li>At the designated time, the student will report to the front office and meet the parent\/guardian.<\/li>\n<li>Parents or guardians must present identification and sign the student out through the front office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Protecting Instructional Time<\/h4>\n<p>To minimize interruptions and maximize learning opportunities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Messages and forgotten items will not be delivered directly to classrooms during instructional periods.<\/li>\n<li>Students are encouraged to check for announcements during designated times built into the school day.<\/li>\n<li>Families are encouraged to plan appointments around the school schedule whenever possible.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Students will not be dismissed after 1:00 p.m. except in emergency situations.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We appreciate your support in helping us maintain a focused learning environment where every minute of instruction counts.
