Lincoln Park Academy is an academic magnet school that supports students in grades 6 though 12.\u00a0 .We have been an A school for over a decade and were named as one of the best high schools in America by three news sources, making their top one hundred lists.<\/p>\n

As an academic magnet school we house a gifted program, an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme and Middle Years\u00a0Programme. The county has been a traditional agricultural and service oriented community but is rapidly changing to be a research area.<\/p>\n

Major research centers such as Harbor Branch Oceanographic Institute, the Smithsonian Institute, Torrey Pines, USDA and the University of\u00a0Florida are located in St. Lucie County. Several colleges and universities have satellite campuses in the community, which offer\u00a0undergraduate and graduate degrees.<\/p>\n
