Each Friday we are introducing one of our outstanding Osprey faculty/staff members. This week we are pleased to introduce Ms. Caiazzo, a 2nd Grade Teacher.
Can you play any instruments?
Answer: No, but I’d love to learn how to play the piano.
Do you have any pets?
Answer: I have one wild and crazy dog named Rigby. He is a Red Heeler Australian Cattle Dog.
What is the favorite part of your day?
Answer: My favorite part of the day is dusk. I love when the sky gets darker, the temperature drops a bit, and sometimes the world around me looks like a big painting.
What are your 5 favorite foods?
Answer: Potato, avocado, rice & beans, peanut butter, and burritos.
What do you like most about Oak Hammock?
Answer: Everyone here is like a second family to me!
What is your proudest moment at Oak Hammock?
Answer: My proudest moment at Oak Hammock was during the 2014-2015 school year when I became the 2016 Teacher of the Year for the school and the winner for the Red Zone making me a top 3 district finalist!
What are three words that best describe you?
Answer: Inquisitive, type-A personality, and loyal
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Answer: Take pictures, bake cupcakes, and binge-watch shows on Netflix.
Where is your hometown?
Answer: I was born on Long Island, NY but moved to Florida at the age of 5.
Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
Answer: The best place I’ve traveled to was Colorado. I had never seen mountains before and loved exploring places I’ve never been and having experiences I’ve never thought I’d have (like hiking). I also went to a concert at the Red Rocks and it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen.
You’re happiest when?
Answer: I’m happiest when I’ve been productive and have accomplished many things during the day and can then sit and relax.
