During build season from January to March, the team meets at least two times a week to build the robot.<\/li>\n<li>The team competes in one to two competitions per year, the first one being in West Palm Beach over a 3 day period in March.<\/li>\n<li>Students learn to code using Java and design a robot using AutoCAD Inventor.<\/li>\n<li>Students also connect with other students, mentors, and engineers currently in the field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Advisor: Alexandria O&#8217;Brien Contact: alexandria.o&#8217;brien@stlucieschools.org Team Captain: Stephanie Peyman &nbsp; Meeting Dates\/Time: TBA What is the Robotics Team?
