Students with a temperature higher than 100 degrees F will be sent home.<\/p>\n<h2>Health Screenings<\/h2>\n<p>Annual health screenings for vision, hearing, height, weight and BMI for certain grade levels are being performed in the clinic. Parents should continually be alert to identify vision or hearing difficulties which indicate a need for examination by a physician.<\/p>\n<h2>Medication at school<\/h2>\n<p>No medication, prescription or nonprescription, i.e. Tylenol, aspirin, cough drops, ointments, etc. can be given at school without a written Physicians Authorization Form signed by the physician and the parent. Doctor\u2019s prescription forms cannot be accepted. Medication has to be brought to school by the parent and MUST be in the original container.<\/p>\n<p>For prescription medication the pharmacy label is required. When the bottle is empty it will be returned home for refill if needed. \u00a0No medication will be sent home with the student. Please check for changes frequently. All bus stops are assigned to be walking distance from your home, with the exception of a community bus stop.
