ALL NEW Students, Kindergarten and First graders MUST REGISTER AT THE SCHOOL ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR SCHOOL ASSIGNMENT.
Registration can be done in our front office between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. If you are unable to come during that time frame, you can pick up the packet and bring it back completed with the information below.
Please bring with you:
- Original Birth Certificate (Kindergarten, first graders, and students new to the district)
- Immunization Record Form FL680
- Physical Exam Form DH 3040 (completed within the past year)
- Any record or report cards from previous school, including IEP.
- Take your 2 proofs of address that you provided in the application.
- If your child needs a bus, please go to our website and click on the Transportation button to register for a bus
