STEP 1:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Students who meet the initial eligibility criteria can send a Teams message to Mrs. Kristin Alvarez or Ms. Tabitha McAdoo to begin the dual enrollment process and schedule a meeting to review the County Academic Dual Enrollment Agreement<\/strong><\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>STEP 2:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Upon receipt of the signed County Academic Dual Enrollment Agreement, students will be provided via email instructions to complete the next steps:<\/p>\n

Complete IRSC Admission Application<\/a>\u00a0 –\u00a0Workday<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Use your personal email address (not your IRSC or High School email) to create your credentials. An email address can only be used by one person. Do not use a shared email address when creating your account. You must have access to this email address to verify your application account creation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Upload the Dual Enrollment Program Agreement<\/a> to complete your application. This form is typeable and DOES NOT require any signatures. Type Parent and Student names into the form and upload it to your application. The bottom section does not apply to public school students and should be left blank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

P.E.R.T. Test \u2013 Indian River State College<\/a><\/p>\n

The P.E.R.T. is used to determine initial course placement and provides information about your reading comprehension, writing, and mathematics skill levels. It is a computer-adaptive test that is untimed and typically takes about three hours to complete.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

STEP 4:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

After students submit their completed IRSC admission application, they will receive an email from IRSC with a link to activate their Pioneer Portal account. They must activate their Pioneer Portal account within 30 days as the link expires. Students register for classes via their Pioneer Portal account.<\/p>\n

The IRSC Help Desk<\/a><\/strong> can assist students with any issues regarding their admission application or Pioneer Portal account.<\/p>\n

STEP 5:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

Dual Enrollment course textbooks\/materials are free to dual enrollment students and are picked up at the Book Depot located in St. Lucie West:<\/p>\n
