Each year parents or guardians of students enrolled in Exceptional Student Education Programs in PK-12th grade are afforded the opportunity to participate in a survey to provide feedback to the Florida Department of Education on how well schools are supporting parental involvement in their child’s education. This information helps guide our schools and district efforts to support students and families. This year the survey will only be offered in a web-based format through June 30, 2023, and can be accessed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ESEParentSurvey and via a QR Code (see attached) . While individual demographic information must be collected in compliance with federal requirements, the responses are completely confidential. The survey link is available on the SLPS website and the West Gate K8 website and social media platforms.
