Samuel S. Gaines Academy of Emerging Technologies
Samuel S. Gaines Academy of Emerging Technologies is a K-8 Magnet School focused on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). New courses will introduce students to a variety of subjects, including computer coding, gaming, robotics, agri-technology, medicine, as well as augmented and virtual reality applications, alongside the Leader in Me program. SGAET proudly holds an “A” rating in an “A” school district!

Community Involvement
| Parent Teacher Organization: PTO has raised money for the students and teachers which is used to purchase materials for classroom teachers, supplement all resource programs, and support classroom libraries for all programs. |
School Advisory Council (SAC): The SAC meets on a regular monthly basis. This committee looks at goals and objectives of the School Improvement Plan and seeks to find additional strategies to monitor all the schools missions. |
School Volunteer Program: Volunteers are an essential part of the Samuel S. Gaines school program. Volunteers provide a variety of services from correcting papers, chaperoning field trips, or tutoring individual students. |
