Fort Pierce Central - Empty Bowls Project 2024
On March 9th, 2024, the Empty Bowls project is scheduled to take place at the Fort Pierce Farmer’s Market located at 101 Melody Lane in Fort Pierce, FL 34950. The event will run from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and will feature hundreds of ceramic bowls handcrafted by our very own Fort Pierce Central Cobras as well as other local students. These bowls will be sold and auctioned off to raise awareness about hunger in our community. There will even be a silent auction where some of the bowls will have been autographed by famous artists such as Jay Leno, The Temptations, and The Beach Boys. Additionally, those who purchase a bowl will receive a complimentary serving of soup from a local restaurant
