Exciting Opportunity for Our Students!
Village Green students are invited to sing and dance in the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade on Monday, January 19, 2026. This is a wonderful chance for our students to share their talents and honor Dr. King’s legacy!
Who Can Participate:
✅ Students in grades 2nd through 5th
✅ Must be available on the day of the parade
Practice Schedule:
Tuesdays: 7:30 AM – 8:15 AM
Thursdays: 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM
First Practice: Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 3:30 PM – 4:30 PM. Please bring signed permission slips to the first practice in order to participate. Arrangements must be made for students to be picked up promptly at 4:30pm. Students without signed permission slips WILL NOT be permitted to stay and must go home their normal way of dismissal.
These practices will help students learn the song, choreography, and understand what is expected during the performance.
Permission slips will be sent home tomorrow.
