As you walk the halls, you hear the chatter of children excitedly discussing the day’s assignments. Glancing around, you notice authentic work that students have chosen to display. It is apparent that students feel secure and comfortable at Windmill Point.
As you continue roaming through Windmill Point, you observe that everyone in the school believes it is important to discover what motivates children. Teachers are guided by their grade level scope and sequence and have a clear understanding of what students should know and be able to do.
