To the Windmill Point Elementary School Family:

I hope that you had a restful and rejuvenating summer. It is my pleasure to welcome everyone back to a “Great Place for Education!” We are all excited to have students back in our classrooms and hallways filling them with energy and enthusiasm for learning. It is our mission to help every child feel welcomed, connected, and part of the Pleasant City family. Windmill Point Elementary is a Gold Mine in education. It is rich in leadership, teacher expertise, and student knowledge. We have great teachers who spend hours planning and creating classroom activities to engage our students in learning.

As your new Principal, I am honored and privileged to lead a dynamic community where teachers and staff cultivate an environment where students achieve and believe in themselves and their school. As a result of students’ high academic performance, it is evident you see our children as gifts with limitless potential. The elementary years are critical times of development for students and families, and I look forward to working with all of you to make this school year successful.
