Student Led Conference Night was a Huge Success at Lawnwood Elementary School

All K-5 students shared their academic data, achievement goals, and their action plan with a parent or caring adult. Lawnwood Leopards are tracking their progress and making learning gains. WAY TO GO!

First Grade Students Enjoyed a Yummy Math Snack

First Grade students from Lawnwood Elementary enjoyed a yummy snack as they explored place value and the properties of operation for addition and subtraction. Students used marshmallows and gummy worms as concrete models to deepen their understanding of place value concepts.  GO LEOPARDS!
