St. Lucie Public Schools is implementing a new registration process for all student bus riders for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. To ensure your child has transportation on the first day of school, please complete the steps below:

 

🚌 New Bus Registration Process

Every student must be registered to ride the bus each school year.
Visit https://www.stlucie.k12.fl.us/bus/

Select 2025-2026 from the “School Year” drop down menu.
Complete and submit the online registration form.
After submitting the form, you will receive a 👍confirming your registration has been completed.

The week before school starts, you will receive an automated phone call with your child’s specific bus route details.

We encourage all families who need transportation to register as early as possible to avoid delays. ***Please note that addresses must be entered in the proper format (example: 123 NW Happy Street should be entered as 123 Happy Street NW). Notice the direction is at the end. If the address is entered correctly, the city will auto-populate. If the address is not entered correctly, the city will not auto-populate.

Here Comes the Bus App: Real-time bus tracking

  • View the real-time location of your child’s bus
  • Access the app from your smartphone, tablet or computer
  • Receive push notifications or email alerts
  • Send your child to the bus stop at just the right time, every time

How to get started:

  • Download the Here Comes the Bus app or visit http://www.herecomesthebus.com
  • Enter school code 77914 and click ‘Next’ followed by ‘Confirm’
  • Complete the “User Profile” box
  • Under ‘My Students,’ click ‘Add.’ Enter your child’s last name and student ID number
  • Once you confirm your information, you’re ready to begin using Here Comes the Bus!
