St. Lucie Public Schools and Heath Hero Florida are offering no-cost flu vaccinations for fall! To participate, simply fill out the Immunization Parent Consent Form from your school and return it to your child’s teacher. Forms are going home this week during 1st period classes. Students who do not have a 1st period and would like to participate should stop by the Media Center for a form.
PSLHS will have the Flu Shot Clinic on Monday, November 7th.
